Confusing plot does not get in the way of wicked fun

Wicked
Alhambra Theatre, Bradford
3/5

It’s easy to get lost in the production details of Wicked, which tells the story of the Witches of Oz.

Based on a best-selling novel by Gregory Maguire, it was brought to the stage by industry heavyweights including composer Stephen Schwartz (a Disney regular) and scriptwriter Winnie Holzman (creator of television series My So-Called Life).
