Officials call allegations by Medicine Sans Frontieres of the UN's 'shocking indifference' to refugees in South Sudan 'unnecessary and unhelpful'
The United Nations hit back yesterday at claims it was showing “shocking indifference” to those sheltering in its South Sudan camps.
Doctors Without Borders (MSF) said about 21,000 people in Juba were “living in flood water contaminated with faecal matter.”
More than a million people have fled their homes since fighting broke out between the government and former allies in the ruling party.
