Anti-Macri march slams president’s war on workers

PROTESTERS in Argentina continued their 24-hour “March of Resistance” yesterday against President Mauricio Macri’s vicious attacks on workers.

The march kicked off in the capital Buenos Aires on Thursday under the slogans “Solidarity and struggle or hunger and repression,” and “Cristina driving,” a slogan of supporters of former president Cristina Fernandez who want a return to her policies.

They also demanded the release from prison of labour protest leader and Tupac Amaru Neighbourhood Association president Milagro Sala.
