Emergency protests to hit universities amid ongoing pay and conditions dispute
Protesters marching during a rally in London while members of the University and College Union (UCU) went on strike in November, 2022

EMERGENCY protests are set to hit university campuses across Britain tomorrow ahead of crunch talks with the University and College Union (UCU) and the Universities and Colleges Employers Association (UCEA).

The National Union of Students is backing the day of protest and has called on UCEA to settle the dispute.

UCU previously met the body last week in an attempt to end the Britain-wide university marking boycott and resolve the ongoing pay and working conditions dispute.
