Holyrood plans to freeze council tax are ‘electioneering at its worst’, says STUC
THE Scottish government’s plans to freeze council tax have been branded “electioneering at its worst.”
First Minister Humza Yousaf announced the move at the SNP conference on Tuesday.
STUC deputy general secretary Dave Moxham said Scots pay on average about £500 less than those south of the border.
