Refuse workers to ballot for strike action against victimisation and unfair treatment
WASTE collection and recycling workers employed by notorious privateer Serco in Sandwell in the West Midlands are to ballot on strike action.
General union GMB has accused the company of bullying and sacking disabled workers for following coronavirus pandemic safety guidelines.
The union said strikes could start early next month.
