SNP's National Care Service plans are a cynical ‘power grab,’ Scottish Labour says

PLANS for a national care service announced by the Scottish government today have been criticised by Scotland Labour as a cynical “power grab.”

Legislative plans for the social care overhaul were published by the Scottish government today as it aims to change the way care services are accessed and delivered.

The Bill aims to support people in their own homes where possible with seamless transition between services.
