London Mayor condemns May's ‘utterly shameful’ response to Grenfell

SADIQ KHAN has condemned Theresa May’s “utterly shameful” response to the Grenfell fire tragedy.

Speaking to delegates at the GMB’s annual congress in Brighton the Mayor of London discussed how the June 2017 fire “shone a light” on the “stark, growing inequality” in Britain.

He said: “In her resignation speech Theresa May held up her response to Grenfell as one of her biggest achievements.
