Palestine activists urge council to divest pensions from companies complicit in Gaza genocide

PRO-PALESTINE activists in north London have urged their local council to divest pensions from Israeli companies complicit in the Gaza genocide.

Tottenham and Haringey Palestine Action will stage a “divest and dance” demonstration outside a meeting of Haringey council’s pension fund committee next Tuesday.

A group spokeswoman said the protest would be backed by “many local residents, businesses and community organisations.
