SCOTTISH First Minister Humza Yousaf must “come clean” over claims that there is a “bit of a toxic” atmosphere among SNP legislators at Holyrood, Scottish Labour’s deputy leader said today.
Jackie Baillie spoke out after SNP MSP and former cabinet minister Fergus Ewing used an interview with the Holyrood Sources podcast to renew criticism of his party’s coalition deal with the Scottish Greens and to dismiss the idea of using the next general election as a “de facto” referendum on independence as a “complete cul de sac.”
He added: “So the atmosphere is, I’m afraid, not particularly happy.
