Factory in Durham faces first strike in 100 years as workers feel ‘undervalued and underpaid’

A FACTORY in north-east England that finishes parts for the aviation industry faces its first strike in its 100-year history this week as its workers feel “undervalued and underpaid.”

The figure includes an increase that the company was legally obliged to give after the national minimum wage rose in April, the union said.
