Killings of Palestinians at all-time high as world marks UN day of solidarity

THE International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People was marked around the world today while Israeli killings in the occupied territories are at an all-time high.
Established in 1978, the annual commemoration is sponsored by United Nations educational agency Unesco.
A record total of 140 Palestinians have died this year at the hands of Israeli forces.
