AFTER 40 years of neoliberalism and a decade of austerity, Britain is in tatters. Overlooking this for the past decade has been the maniacal merry-go-round of consecutive Tory governments. 

Meanwhile in Wales, Welsh Labour governments are seemingly content to spectate as many families live on the jagged edge of capitalism.

The issues are chronic and the statistics are damning. We have the highest levels of poverty and lowest levels of pay in every sector in the UK.
