At least eight children injured as Turkey allegedly attacks a school in Afrin, northern Syria
TURKISH occupation forces have allegedly opened fire on a school in northern Syria’s Afrin region, injuring eight children.
The attack took place on Sunday in the village of Mirkan in the Mabata district, an area plagued by kidnappings, executions and torture.
One of the children, Meryem Mihemed Qasim, was reported to be seriously wounded and is believed to have been taken to a hospital in Turkey for treatment.
