McDonnell drops out from speaking at anti-war rally after threats he will lose the party whip
Former Labour shadow chancellor John McDonnell

LABOUR MP John McDonnell has dropped out from speaking at an anti-war rally in London tonight after threats he faced losing the party whip.

The former shadow chancellor was scheduled to speak at the no to war in Ukraine event tonight.

But before the meeting a Labour source was quoted as saying if he attended “he’ll lose the whip.”
