Labour pays tribute to former Dundee MP Ernie Ross

TRIBUTES have been paid to a former Labour MP for Dundee who died at the weekend aged 79. 

Ernie Ross, who represented Dundee West between 1979 and 2005, died in the city on Sunday. 

Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar paid tribute, saying that Mr Ross was a “passionate voice against injustice, not just in Dundee but across the world.”
