BOLIVIANS are set to rally in defence of the indigenous wiphala flag on Tuesday as part of a nationwide mobilisation spearheaded by the governing Movement Towards Socialism.

The rallies will be “in defence of the homeland, of democracy, of the wiphala and of President Luis Arce,” he said.
