NHS: GMB Scotland has confirmed that its members working in the NHS have voted to reject the Scottish government’s 4 per cent pay offer.

The union said thousands of its members have knocked back the pay rise. It is now returning to ask the government to make another offer. 

The union said that the offer “doesn’t restore the damage done to pay and conditions after a decade of disastrous political austerity.”
