Stop playing ‘political games,’ Corbyn warns May and EU chiefs
Prime Minister Theresa May arrives to speak in Downing Street in the aftermath of the Salzburg summit, today

JEREMY CORBYN called on Theresa May today to stop playing political games with Brexit, branding her “incapable” after she was roundly humiliated by European Union leaders at a summit in Austria.

And he demanded that No 10 and Brussels both desist from playing “political games” that put citizens’ interests at risk.

He was speaking after the Prime Minister made a statement outside 10 Downing Street in which she pleaded with EU leaders to treat Britain with respect.
