Rowett slams defensive mistakes as Stoke lose again
STOKE CITY manager Gary Rowett bemoaned his side’s defensive frailties following their defeat away at West Bromwich Albion yesterday.
The Potters were favourites to make a swift return to the Premier League following their relegation from the top tier of English football at the end of last season after a 10-year stay.
But Rowett’s side sit 17th in the Championship having picked up just five points from their opening six games and having already conceded 11 goals.
