JOHN McDONNELL condemned the terror attack on Manchester as “barbaric” in a statement to PCS conference yesterday.
The shadow chancellor was due to address the conference yesterday afternoon but cancelled his speech after political parties suspended campaign activities.
The conference stood for a minute’s silence to remember those killed in Monday night’s attack.
