EUROPEAN UNION chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier insisted yesterday that trade deal talks may stall unless Britain is clear about its stance on the bill for leaving the bloc.
Speaking at the end of the second week of talks with Britain’s Brexit Secretary David Davis, Mr Barnier demanded clarity on citizens’ rights as well as questions over the border with Ireland.
