Job-threatening Virgin could face industrial action

INDUSTRIAL action is on the cards at Virgin Trains after reports the firm would slash 15 per cent of its travel centre staff.
Rail union TSSA said the firm would sack 31 travel centre jobs and 15 station staff on its East Coast franchise, one of the most popular in Britain after spending over five years in public hands.
