NORTHERN Ireland’s High Court dismissed the first legal challenge to Brexit yesterday.
Mr Justice Paul Maguire ruled that there was nothing in the 1998 Good Friday peace agreement to prevent the British government from triggering exit negotiations with the EU.
He said the implications for Northern Ireland were still uncertain.
