Turkey: UN rights chief condemns killing of Kurdish civilians

UN HUMAN rights chief Prince Zeid Raad al-Hussein belatedly voiced concern yesterday over Turkey’s bloody crackdown on its Kurdish minority.

The Jordanian prince called on Ankara to investigate killings of unarmed civilians after “extremely shocking” video footage surfaced from the south-eastern town of Cizre last week.
