Hundreds pay tribute to ‘much-loved’ Kennedy

HUNDREDS of people paid their respects yesterday at the funeral of former Liberal Democrat leader Charles Kennedy.

Family and friends joined politicians and supporters in Fort William, Scotland, for mass at the St John the Evangelist church.

Mr Kennedy died suddenly aged 55 on June 1.
