Doctors in Afrin allege Turkey used poison gas on villagers
TURKEY has allegedly launched a poison gas attack in its assault on Syria’s Kurdish-controlled Afrin province, local doctors said at the weekend.
They said that six civilians had suffered breathing difficulties and other symptoms that indicated they’d inhaled poison gas, arriving for treatment at Afrin’s main hospital on Friday night.
Dr Jiwan Mohammed said they’d arrived from the village of Arandi after it was attacked by Turkish troops.
