19 Scottish politicians united in calls for Westminster to save BiFab jobs
SCOTTISH politicians from five political parties have united to urge the Westminster government to help save jobs at infrastructure company BiFab.
The company notified Holyrood earlier this month of potential redundancies, with union leaders warning that 260 jobs could go by the summer.
In November, the yards were threatened with closure over a dispute with a major subcontractor on the Beatrice wind farm contract for the Cromarty Firth.
