A RIGHTWINGER won his court case against Scottish Labour over a key candidate selection contest yesterday – but could still be barred from taking part.
Asim Khan challenged a change in the “freeze date” by which members must have joined to take part in choosing Labour’s candidate for the Glasgow South West seat at Westminster.
Mr Khan is supported by failed leadership contender Anas Sarwar and hoped to gain the votes of new members who supported Mr Sarwar’s campaign last autumn.
