A LIBERAL DEMOCRAT politician has been forced to apologise after appearing to yell “fuck you” at a fellow MSP during a Holyrood committee last week.

Edinburgh MSP Alex Cole-Hamilton said he “lost his temper” at SNP Minister Maree Todd, blaming the Scottish government’s record on children’s rights for his outburst during an equalities and human rights committee session.

Mr Cole-Hamilton, who is deputy convener of the group, apparently mouthed “fuck you, Maree” while muted and making an angry face on camera.
